Services & Capabilties -

Shearing - We have nine excellently maintained shears to service your every shearing requirement. From 26 Ga. through 3/4" thick material to 14 feet long, and from production quantity jobs of 100,000 or more parts each, to the very smallest job, no shearing job is too big or too small for us. We build custom skids to fit every job part size and we wrap the material on each skid with heavy duty plastic before securing it with edge protectors and steel banding. Every job goes to you or to your customer looking like a Christmas present. Shape cutting - For jobs thicker than 3/4" or longer than 14' or for any shape we can shape cut your order. Our cutting area is 9' X 24'. We stock every thickness of A-36 material from 1/4" through 1 1/2" thick material in 1/8" increments and from 1 1/2" through 6" thick material and in 1/4" increments.

Punching - We can punch holes from 1/8" through 1" round through 5/8" thick material (when appropriate). We carry an extensive inventory of elliptical, rectangle, square and oblong punch and die sets for quick turnaround and we can make any custom punch and die set required within a few short days.

Drilling & Tapping - From our large radial arm drill to our multiple gang drill tables to our various mag. drills for getting into those hard to reach areas of structural material, and with our extensive inventory of drill bits and taps, we can quickly satisfy just about any of your drilling & tapping needs in just about any size or shape of material.

Forming - With our three press brakes in house and an extensive network of subcontractors we can cause to get any shape formed, including angles, channels, "Z"s, custom stair pans, 3/4" to 40'.

Tank Forming - With two sets of rolls we can form 3/4" X 10' to 12' diameter cylinders.

Plate Flattening - For critical flatness jobs we can re-flatten after processing to size within 1/16" over the entire surface to 3/4" thick X 4' X 8'.

Welding - We can mig or arc weld your ferrous, stainless, aluminum, or brass material at our facility or in the field with our fully self contained unit.

Cold Saw Cutting - Up to 4" X 4" any shape solid or hollow including bevel cuts to 45 degrees.

Radius Cornering - We can punch and smooth your corners through 5/8" thick to 5/8" radius.

Custom Steel Fabrication - Send us your drawing of anything made out of steel and we more than likely can make it for you. From the prototype, to the largest production quantities, when you think steel think "Reliable Steel".

Equipment - 10 gauge x 10’ shear, 1/4” x 12’ shear, 3/8” x 12’ shear, ¾” x 8’ shear, Punch Presses – to 85 ton, Press Brakes – to 100 ton, plasma cutter, multi bit drill presses, 8’ x ½” pinch rolls, and ironworker.
